About Maree
I am a counsellor, organisation development facilitator, workshop and conference presenter. I have worked in education, training and organisational development in both the public and private sectors. As a counsellor and Clinical Member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and offering therapeutic counselling to maximize your potential.
As an organisational development consultant I have worked across several large complex organisations.
I am a supportive senior colleague who brings challenge and practical solution focused approaches to organisations.
I use flexible delivery methods, styles and knowledge of group process to design and deliver formal and informal interventions that assist organizations and individuals to achieve high level potentiality and significant change in their lives as well as improving commercial outcomes, sustainability and effectiveness in the workplace.
